AI drone video from real estate photos

Drone-style shots from the photos you already have

Give a listing an aerial opening without booking a pilot. PropReel moves the camera over your exterior photos like a drone, and can generate a full flight on the strongest one.

A drone-style exterior shot made from a listing photo

Can AI make a drone video from real estate photos?

Yes, with limits. PropReel gives every exterior photo a drone-like move (a sweeping orbit or a rising reveal) built from the photo itself, and up to 3 shots per video get camera motion generated by an AI video model, including a drone-style flight. Nothing is filmed, so whatever lies beyond the photo's edges is generated. Check the shot before you post.

How to get drone shots without a drone

  1. Step 1

    Upload a clear exterior

Start with a sharp, well-lit photo of the front or back of the property. The whole house in frame works best.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the move

Automatic picks a move for each photo. On an exterior you can set Fly over (a sweeping orbit) or Rise up (lifts and pulls back to reveal the property).

  3. Step 3

    Add a generated aerial (optional)

On the first step, Aerial shot, then Generated, asks the AI video model for a full drone-style flight. It uses AI credits.

  4. Step 4

    Check it and post

Watch the generated shot before posting. What lies beyond the original photo is the model's work, not the real surroundings.

Two ways the camera flies

Depth moves on every photo

Fly over and Rise up are built from the photo's own depth, so the house and its surroundings stay exactly as photographed. Free on every plan.

Up to 3 generated shots

On the strongest photos, an AI video model generates real camera motion. On an exterior that is a drone-style flight.

An optional generated aerial

Ask for a generated aerial shot on the first step when the listing has no drone footage at all.

Interiors left intact

Generated moves inside a room keep the furniture still. The free movement is for exteriors.

Priced in credits

Generated shots use your plan's AI credits; if credits run out, the shot keeps its free move and the video still renders. The free video includes them.

No pilot, no permit

No flight day, no airspace checks, no weather risk. The exterior photo you already have is the input.

Exterior motion, made from photos

Each of these videos was rendered from listing photos. Watch the exterior shots.

Drone video from photos: questions

Is a drone-style shot from a photo the same as real drone footage?+

No. The free depth moves show only what is in your photo, with movement. A generated flight looks like drone footage but the parts outside the photo are made by the AI model. It is a cinematic opener, not a survey of the property.

Do I need an aerial photo to start with?+

No. A clear exterior from ground level works. A higher vantage point, from a balcony or a pole camera, gives the camera more of the property to work with.

How much cheaper is it than a drone shoot?+

A drone shoot is a booking, a licensed pilot and a flight day. A drone-style shot in PropReel is part of the video you are already making, and generated shots use AI credits from your plan. Our cost calculator compares the two for your volume.

Will the AI change the house?+

The model is asked to keep the house as photographed, and the depth moves never change it. Review every generated shot before posting, as you would any edited listing media.

Can I use this on interiors?+

Yes, but not as a drone. Inside a room the camera moves through the space and the furniture stays still.
