Listing video maker

The listing video maker for every listing

A listing video used to mean booking a videographer for the one property that could justify it. PropReel makes one from the listing's photos and details in a few minutes of your time, so every listing goes live with video.

What is a listing video maker?

A listing video maker turns a property's photos and details into a short marketing video for that listing: a tour of the rooms with narration, music and the agent's branding, sized for the MLS, YouTube and social media. PropReel does it from photos in one upload, and paid plans add an unbranded cut for MLS boards that reject branding.

How to make a listing video

  1. Step 1

    Bring in the listing

Paste the listing page from your MLS or brokerage site to import its photos and details, or upload the photos yourself.

  2. Step 2

    Let it write the script

PropReel writes a line per shot from the price, beds, baths and features you give it. Edit any line, or read your own script.

  3. Step 3

    Choose the shape

Horizontal gives YouTube, MLS (clean) and Email GIF; vertical gives Instagram Reel, TikTok and WhatsApp Story. Pick a voice, a language and the music.

  4. Step 4

    Download and post

Download each format when the render finishes, upload the clean cut to the MLS and post the rest.

Built for listings, not general video

A script from the listing

Narration written from the real facts you enter, room by room. It only says what you gave it.

MLS-clean cut

Paid plans export an unbranded horizontal version for MLS boards that reject agent branding, music or captions.

Status on screen

Mark the video Just listed, Open house or Sold, or show no status, so an old video never claims a listing is new.

15 languages

Narrate the same listing in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic or French for buyers who search in their own language.

Re-cut without paying again

Change a line, the music or the order and re-render the same video up to 10 times without using another video.

Your branding

On paid plans your logo, name and contact sit on the video, with a contact card at the end.

Listing videos, both shapes

A horizontal tour for YouTube and the MLS, and a vertical cut for social, from the same photos.

Listing video questions

What should a listing video include?+

Open on the strongest shot, usually the exterior or the main living space, then walk the rooms in a natural order, say the price and the key facts, and end with who to contact. Keep it short for social and slightly longer for YouTube and the MLS.

How long should a listing video be?+

20 to 40 seconds for Reels and TikTok, 1 to 3 minutes for a YouTube tour, and a clean, unbranded few minutes at most for the MLS. Length in PropReel follows the photo count and the script.

Can I upload the video to the MLS and Zillow?+

Yes. Use the MLS-clean cut for boards that reject branding. Zillow takes video through its own upload flow; our guide walks through it.

Do I need video footage to make a listing video?+

No. Photos are enough: every photo gets a camera move, and up to three of the strongest get AI-generated camera motion. If you have phone walkthrough clips, you can add them too.

Can I make a listing video for free?+

Yes, one per account, with the full engine. It exports YouTube (horizontal) or Instagram Reel (vertical) and carries a small PropReel logo. Paid plans start with Starter.
