How do you turn real estate photos into a video?

Upload the listing photos to PropReel (up to 20, or 10 on the free plan). It detects each room, orders the shots, writes a narration you can edit, records an AI voiceover in one of 15 languages, adds camera motion and licensed music, and renders the finished video. Your part takes a few minutes; we email you when it is ready.

From photos to a finished video in four steps

  1. Step 1

    Add the photos

Drag in the listing photos, or paste the listing page from your MLS or brokerage site and import them. Add the address, price and key details.

  2. Step 2

    Check the order and script

PropReel names each room and puts the shots in a walk-through order. Read the narration it wrote and change any line, or use your own script.

  3. Step 3

    Pick the voice and look

Choose one of 15 languages, a voice and a tone, then the music and colour grade. Captions are burned in by default for sound-off viewers.

  4. Step 4

    Render and download

The render runs in the background (a dozen photos typically takes about 13–25 minutes). Download every format of the shape you picked.

What your photos turn into

A camera move on every photo

Depth-aware motion gives each still real parallax. Seven moves (Fly over, Rise up, Move in and more), chosen per room and free on every plan.

Up to 3 AI camera shots

On the strongest photos, an AI video model generates real camera motion, including a drone-style flight on the exterior.

Voiceover in 15 languages

A natural AI voice reads a script written from your listing details: English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, French and more.

Captions burned in

Most people watch muted, so the narration also appears on screen. Switch the voice off and keep the captions if you prefer.

Beat-synced music

Licensed tracks, with cuts timed to the beat and to the narration.

Sized for each platform

Pick a shape. Vertical gives Instagram Reel, TikTok and WhatsApp Story; horizontal gives YouTube, MLS (clean) and Email GIF.

Videos made from listing photos

Each of these started as a folder of still photos.

Photos to video: common questions

How many photos do I need for a real estate video?+

A dozen good photos make a full video: the exterior, the main living spaces, the kitchen, the main bedroom and a bathroom. PropReel takes up to 20 per video, 10 on the free plan. More photos make a longer video and a longer render.

Is this the same as image-to-video AI like Runway or Kling?+

Not quite. General image-to-video tools animate one picture at a time. PropReel builds the whole listing video: it orders the rooms, writes and records the narration, adds music, captions and your branding, and exports each platform's format. It does use a generative video model for its AI camera shots.

Can I edit the script before it is voiced?+

Yes. PropReel drafts one line per shot from the listing details, and you can change any line, paste your own script to be read exactly as written, or turn narration off for a music-only video.

Can I turn photos into a video for free?+

Yes. Every account gets one free video with the full engine, including the AI camera shots, in YouTube (horizontal) or Instagram Reel (vertical). It carries a small PropReel logo in the corner. No card is needed.

Can I add walkthrough footage as well as photos?+

Yes. You can mix phone walkthrough clips with photos in one video. Your clips play as filmed; the photos get camera motion around them.
