Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, agency), listing details and media you upload, and usage data needed to run the service.

Payment is processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

2. How we improve our AI

To improve our AI, we analyze how videos are generated and used (e.g. which outputs you keep or regenerate). We never sell your property photos or personal data, and we only send them to the service providers listed below, to make your videos.

You can opt out anytime in Settings → "Help improve PropReel's AI". Your consent and its timestamp are recorded.

3. Who processes your data

To make a video we send only what each step needs to these service providers, who process it on our behalf under their own terms:

BytePlus (ModelArk): the photos you choose for AI camera shots and photo edits (virtual staging, twilight, lawn, declutter).

AI language and vision models via Experiential Labs and Groq: your listing details and photos, to plan the shots and write the script.

ElevenLabs (and Google Cloud text-to-speech when used): the script, to record the voiceover. If you clone your voice, ElevenLabs holds your voice sample and the cloned voice; deleting your account removes it.

Cloudflare R2: storage for your uploads and finished videos. Stripe: payments. Resend: account and video emails. Google: sign-in if you choose it, and analytics if you consent to it.

4. How we use data

To generate videos, provide support, process billing, send transactional emails, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You can request access, a copy (export), or deletion of your data anytime — email info@propreel.io and we'll action it within 30 days.

EU/UK users: our lawful basis is contract + consent. You may withdraw consent and object to processing.

6. Storage & security

Media is stored on encrypted Cloudflare R2 with private, time-limited download links. We apply industry-standard safeguards.
