1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, agency), listing details and media you upload, and usage data needed to run the service.
Payment is processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
2. How we improve our AI
To improve our AI, we analyze how videos are generated and used (e.g. which outputs you keep or regenerate). We never share your property photos or personal data with third parties.
You can opt out anytime in Settings → "Help improve PropReel's AI". Your consent and its timestamp are recorded.
3. How we use data
To generate videos, provide support, process billing, send transactional emails, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You can request access, a copy (export), or deletion of your data anytime — email [email protected] and we'll action it within 30 days.
EU/UK users: our lawful basis is contract + consent. You may withdraw consent and object to processing.
5. Storage & security
Media is stored on encrypted Cloudflare R2 with private, time-limited download links. We apply industry-standard safeguards.
