Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to market the properties you upload.

2. Acceptable use

Only upload media you own or have rights to use. Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

3. Content & ownership

You keep ownership of your photos, footage, and generated videos. You grant PropReel a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.

On paid plans, an MLS-clean version (no branding) is generated alongside branded outputs.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Pricing: Free $0, Starter $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Agency $129/mo. Annual billing is charged once a year at $182, $470 and $1238 respectively, a saving of 20%. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits; unused monthly credits roll over up to one month's allowance (three months' on annual billing) and anything above that cap expires at the end of the period. Purchased credit packs never expire.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Free-tier limits apply (1 free video per account, watermarked, one format: YouTube (horizontal) or Instagram Reel (vertical)).

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PropReel isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
