1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to market the properties you upload.

2. Acceptable use

Only upload media you own or have rights to use. Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

3. Content & ownership

You keep ownership of your photos, footage, and generated videos. You grant PropReel a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.

An MLS-clean version (no branding) is generated alongside branded outputs.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Pricing: Free $0, Starter $29/mo, Pro $59/mo, Agency $99/mo. Annual billing saves 20%.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Free-tier limits apply (3 videos/month).

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PropReel isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
