Refund Policy

We want you to love PropReel. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Agency) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge — no questions asked.

2. How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email within the 7-day window. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Cancellations

Cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges occur.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans (20% off) are refundable within the same 7-day window. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal.

5. Free plan

The Free plan is always free (3 videos/month) — nothing to refund.
